Our Month of Wedding Coordination package is for you!

With this package we come along side you as the big day approaches. We get to know you, take your creative efforts, and ensure that your plans  are executed exactly as you want them.  In the days and weeks before your wedding we handle hiccups and details. We will review your vendor contracts and become the point of contact for your selected wedding professionals and venue. We will be by your side on wedding day making sure and that you can focus on being with your loved ones, relaxing and enjoying your perfect day as it unfolds.

Our Full Planning and coordination package is for you! 

With this package we will walk with you every step of the way.  Beginning with our initial meetings, we will get to know you and help you discover what your perfect day looks like and how it fits into your budget. We will then create a personalized engagement timeline to make sure  everything gets done.  We will research wedding professionals to find the vendors who are the best fit for you and  accompany you to meetings  and your venue walk through.  WaterWine Events takes the work and stress of planning off of you so you can relax and enjoy your engagement and the special moments with your friends and loved ones in the months before the big event. Then we will be there on wedding day to make sure you and your guests have a great day.

Wedding Design and Florals

Do you have great design or theme ideas but need help pulling them together?

Would you like someone help you discover your style and bring it all together with florals and decor?

Our Design package is for you!

With our design package we will enter in to your design process any way you would like for us to. We can do it all or collaborate with you to create a room full of exquisite beauty, trendy accents or laid back fun! We will help you discover what style and theme is most important to you and what you find to be the most beautiful. We can create personalized florals, find unique rentals, work with lighting and draping services or work with your florist and venue to customize a design package just for you.

A' la Carte Services

Would you like to take a few items off your "to do" list before the wedding?

Check out some of the A' la Carte services we have for you!

Our A' la carte services can be added on to any of our packages or can be contracted as a single service. Whether you just need a bridal bouquet, want help tracking RSVP's in the weeks before  the wedding, assembling gift bags for out of town guests, managing your rehearsal dinner, wedding brunch, bridesmaid luncheon, or something else we are happy to create some custom services just for you.  Lets talk and find out what we can do to make your wedding festivities joyful and fun!

Rentals

We also have an inventory of event rentals for our clients.  Need something practical or unique? We will be happy to show you our collection.
